In February 2005, the winterschool will take place in Bratislava organized by the Telecommunication Research Center Vienna (ftw.) in cooperation with the Slovak University of Technology.

The main purpose of the workshop is to provide an opportunity for graduate students from different universities to meet and learn about each other's ongoing research activities. All participating students are encouraged to present their current research. The talks need not present mature results; high quality presentations on ongoing research are welcome. In addition to the presentations made by the students, a number of invited guest speakers will be giving special talks on selected topics.
